VARIETIES:
Syrah, Mourvèdre, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
YIELD:
40 hectolitres per hectare.
VINIFICATION:
Traditional, with long maceration.
MATURING:
1 year in oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES:
Deep red colour. Intense nose dominated by black fruits, liquorice and cherry aromas.
Well-structured and balanced wine with soft tannins. A red wine with strong character and good keeping potential.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve at room temperature with hare stew or red meat. Marvellous with soft cheeses.
