VINIFICATION:
Low temperature fermentation. Bleeding carried out.
MATURING:
Traditional for 6 months in tanks.
TASTING NOTES:
Lively, fruity with slightly acidulated notes.
The wines from this cuvée are generous, soft and easy to drink.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve cool between 11 and 12°C, an excellent accompaniment to simple dishes from fish to spicy food, salads, hot or cold starters and grilled food.
