VINIFICATION:
Light debourbage. Fermentation at 18°C.
MATURING:
On fine lees in tanks.
TASTING NOTES:
Golden yellow colour. A world classic with Mediterranean style. Intense nose. Citrus and quince notes. Well-structured in the mouth. Harmonious and balanced and markedly soft and full.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
An ideal wine to serve with fine fish in butter sauce. Perfect with poultry in cream sauce with onions and white wine. Can be served as an aperitif as well as to accompany a whole meal.
