45 hectolitres per hectare.
VINIFICATION:
At low temperature.
MATURING:
4 months in vats, early bottling.
TASTING NOTES:
Brilliant colour with pink tints. Aromas of red fruits—crushed strawberry. Harmonious in the mouth, slightly acidulated but good body. An elegant, gourmet rosé.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve during the summer with Mediterranean dishes as well as throughout the year with traditionnal or spicy dishes.
