Champ des Lys

VARIETIES:
A blend of Grenache blanc, Viognier, Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
YIELD:
45 hectolitres per hectare.
VINIFICATION:
At low temperature.
MATURING:
On lees in tanks for 6 months.
TASTING NOTES:
Pale yellow colour with green lights. Intense, complex nose. Notes of white fruits (peach and apricot) mingled with floral aromas. Full and harmonious in the mouth.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
A festive wine that is an excellent accompaniment for grilled fish and fish in sauce (monkfish, salmon), scallops or white meat. Why not try with goats cheese.
