On lees in tanks for 6 months.TASTING NOTES:
Pale yellow colour with green lights. Intense, complex nose. Notes of white fruits (peach and apricot) mingled with floral aromas. Full and harmonious in the mouth.SERVING SUGGESTION:
A festive wine that is an excellent accompaniment for grilled fish and fish in sauce (monkfish, salmon), scallops or white meat. Why not try with goats cheese.
