VINIFICATION:
At low temperature.
MATURING:
On lees in tanks for 6 months.
TASTING NOTES:
Pale yellow colour. Intense, typical Muscat nose with aromas of lime tree flowers and litchis with a flowery note of rose. Lively, fresh and well-balanced in the mouth.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
We recommend this original wine with oriental snacks (spring rolls, samoussa) as an aperitif and with seafood.
