Fermentation at low temperature.
MATURING:
On lees in tanks for 6 months.
TASTING NOTES:
Pale yellow colour with green lights. Expressive nose with white fruits (peach and pear) and citrus. Long in the mouth with slightly acidulated notes.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Perfect with seafood and fried fish.
