Gamme : The "N°7"

Cuvee “N°7” gets its name from the number of grape varieties used in the blend. Its rich aromas and finesse make it our best ambassador to the greatest tables of France and Europe.

CULTURE:
Rigorous pruning, natural grassing

VINIFICATION:
Traditional, regulated-temperature fermentation. Rosé achieved with direct pressing and bleeding off.
AGING:
4 months in tanks, early bottling.
DESCRIPTION:
Notes of exotic fruits, mango, white peaches with a touch of citrus fruits (grapefruit). Mouth aroma of grilled almonds. A wonderfully lively attack, both refreshing and long on the palate.
FOOD AND WINE COMBINATIONS:
Dried and cured meats, raw vegetables, Pata Negra ham, Salad Niçoise, chicken curry, paella, beef tartar, stuffed tomatoes, prawn cocktail, etc.
SERVING TEMPERATURE :
Between 9° and 11° C.
