DESCRIPTION:
Beautiful clear yellow. Intense on the nose, developing with typical Muscat sweetness. Aromas of melon, lime tree leaves, litchis and a floral touch of rose. Lively and refreshing on the palate, with a wonderful balance, moreover surprising owing to the pleasant and persistent bitterness of citrus fruits.
FOOD AND WINE COMBINATIONS:
Its originality encourages us to advise it for Far and Middle Eastern appetisers (fried spring rolls, samosa), for the aperitif as well as with asparagus in mousseline sauce or with foie gras. To be drunk and tasted young to enjoy its superb aromas.
